​About Us​

​​The artist has a gift of many creative talents including arts and crafts, interior design, organizing, dancing, and musical theater.  She has been baking and decorating cakes for more than 20 years.  Ever since the age of 6, and her first great Christmas gift of her Easy Bake Oven, she has been hooked.  At the age of 13, she started making all of her own birthday cakes with the instructions of Wilton cake decorating kits, her second best Christmas gift.  After experimenting with numerous recipes of cakes and icings, she created her own.  With her being a crazy fan of icing, she had created one that is very tasteful and elegant along with a cake that is very moist, rich and fluffy.  Her grandmother has a strong influence in her baking skills and is known for her own 13 layer chocolate and jelly cakes.

She has baked cakes for numerous friends, families, and employers in the areas of Bainbridge, GA and Tallahassee, Fl, as well as metropolitan cities such as Atlanta, GA, and Miami, FL.  She also decorated and baked cakes for her former dance company Total Dance in Atlanta, GA. ​

Sweetest Thing came about two years ago while she was living in Miami, FL and she and her friends were going out to promote their own businesses during the SuperBowl weekend.  Sweetest Thing is mobile business because the owner is very adventurous and loves to travel.

Sweetest Thing provides cakes tailored to the clients.  Birthday cakes, cup cakes, seasonal, anniversaries, and weddings Sweetest Thing delivers all.
